William V. Larkin, Jr. (Bill) has chartered a successful career encompassing 20+ years in C level positions and richly varied P&L experience managing public and private corporations. He is skilled in strategic planning, as well as, developing and executing growth strategies for companies with up to $350M in revenues.
With an MBA from Yale and undergraduate degree from Harvard, Mr. Larkin has aptly demonstrated his ability to improve sales, profits, market share, and position organizations for sale. As a coach to Executive Management, Mr. Larkin can share his experiences as CEO and President at companies such as Corrpro, Tuboscope, and Travis International. The cultural integration and teamwork associated with small entrepreneurial organizations, boards, private equity, worldwide operations provide a basis for effective mentoring of others, advising mergers, and establishing effective teams. Mr. Larkin developed RESPECT as a framework for building teams which stands for Results, Ethics, Safety, People, Environment, Customers, and Teamwork.
