- Crafting and delivering management training programs for a $21 billion bank with over 9,000 employees. This training was delivered in both classroom and webcast formats.
- Custom-designing/delivering complex management programs for a Fortune 100 company. Enjoyed an evaluation rating scores of 4.85 out of a possible 5.00.
- Developed competency-based job descriptions for an international biotech organization. These descriptions were required and certified by ISO.
